The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the specific meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Creating an account on ng99 is free of charge. To register, you will be asked to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred contact details. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

ng99 implements a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to circumvent promotional restrictions or for any other reason — will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided without prior notice.

Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing thresholds are displayed within your account settings.

• All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by ng99.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• ng99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Funds can only be returned to payment methods registered in your own name.

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page. Players should read and understand these requirements before claiming any bonus offer.

Bonus Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Prohibited Conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ng99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes in any way.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games (such as live poker or live game shows) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or glitches to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal conditions. Any winnings generated by exploiting a known or unknown technical fault are void.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events whose outcomes you have prior non-public knowledge of.

• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit after funds have been used for wagering.

Disputes: If you believe a game outcome is incorrect or that a technical error has affected your account balance, you must contact ng99 support within 72 hours of the event in question. Claims submitted after this window may not be investigated. ng99's decision on any game dispute, following review of server-side game logs, is final.

Either party — the player or ng99 — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request the permanent closure of your ng99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Any active bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests submitted by players who have reached the minimum required wagering threshold on any active bonus will be processed within five business days.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, you may request a self-exclusion of a defined duration (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent). During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked against logins, deposits, and wagers. ng99 will also suppress promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration; early reinstatement is not available as a standard service.

Suspension or Closure by ng99: ng99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of bonus or promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts.
• Placing bets in a manner that constitutes a technical abuse of the platform or unfair exploitation of odds errors.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to the account.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies and any applicable administrative fees will be communicated to the account's registered email address before being applied.

Where ng99 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance and pending withdrawals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Funds connected to or derived from fraudulent or illegal activity will not be returned and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

ng99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability.

No Warranty: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ng99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use of it. ng99 makes no warranty that (a) the platform will meet your requirements; (b) the platform will be available at all times without interruption, delay, or error; (c) game outcomes will match your expectations; or (d) any information obtained through the platform will be accurate or reliable for any specific purpose.

Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ng99's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ng99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ng99 is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of platform unavailability, game technical errors, or any other cause.
• ng99 is not responsible for losses arising from the player's failure to secure their account credentials or device.
• ng99 is not liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• In the event of a game malfunction (including server disconnection or software error during a live game round), ng99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player's balance. No further liability will arise from such voiding.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ng99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ng99's negligence — to the extent that such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ng99 and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of contract law recognised in international commercial practice. Any dispute between you and ng99 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be submitted to ng99 customer support in the first instance. ng99 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
